Senior Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

As the organization's Sigma subject matter expert, the full-time Senior Reporting Analyst will manage the enterprise reporting strategy, develop reporting frameworks, and promote best practices for the Sigma business intelligence platform while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to define KPIs and reporting requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Develop and implement reporting frameworks that facilitate root cause analysis and connect executive metrics to operational activities
• Lead the adoption of Sigma across the organization by creating documentation, training materials, and best practices for self-service reporting

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence and reporting solutions, with a strong data science or business background
• Advanced experience with Sigma, including dashboard development and platform administration
• Strong proficiency in SQL and creating reusable data models
• Experience with data/analytics engineering, particularly in connecting data pipelines to reporting
• Hands-on experience with AI tools that streamline data processing and enable data democratization
