Job Summary
To support a growing analytics team, the full-time Senior Reporting Analytics Analyst will gather business requirements, define KPIs, and deliver data-driven solutions while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for data and analytics to enhance decision-making and performance
- Lead discovery sessions to translate business objectives into functional reporting and analytics solutions
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in data & analytics or BI initiatives
- Experience with SQL queries and relational databases
- Proficiency in business intelligence platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications
