Senior Reporting Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Senior Reporting Business Analyst will assess customer analytic needs, develop custom metrics and reports, and mentor junior analysts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Create and validate standard or custom reports and dashboards using Epic Cogito BI tools and Qlik Sense
• Partner with operational stakeholders to understand reporting needs and develop data specifications for analytics solutions
• Maintain service-oriented communication with customers, providing timely responses and follow-up on reporting issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or ten years of relevant experience
• Minimum of six years of experience with BI and analytic reporting software, including two years in EPIC Reporting Workbench
• Epic Cogito fundamentals and Clarity Data Model certifications required within 12 months of hire
• Excellent SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries for high-volume datasets
• Strong knowledge of data warehouse concepts and enterprise data management practices
