Job Summary

To assist with Enrollment & Billing Back Office activities for Medicaid, the full-time TEMP BPO Senior Representative will oversee data integrity of member records, provide support for eligibility processes, and generate internal reports while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee data integrity of member enrollment records and remittance files
• Provide timely support for the eligibility load process and coordinate issue resolution
• Research and correct errors in membership and primary care physician data output

Required qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled shifts from Sunday to Saturday, 7am to 8pm EST
• Experience working in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good English comprehension and written skills
• Preferred experience interacting with clients
