Senior Research Agreements Associate

Job Summary

To support the research community, the Senior Research Agreements Associate will manage federal contracts and other agreements end-to-end in a full-time remote position, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing guidance on federal contracting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the review and submission of federal contract proposals, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements
• Negotiate and execute federal contracts while maintaining positive relationships with sponsoring agencies
• Assist with project administration and serve as the primary contact for sponsors throughout the contract lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of five years of experience with federal contracts
• Strong understanding of federal regulations related to contracting, including FAR and DFAR
• Experience in developing standard operating procedures for federal contracting
• Ability to conduct training sessions on federal contracting processes
