Senior Research Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Research Analyst to conduct impactful research on family engagement and student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze platform and usage data to identify trends and generate insights
• Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research studies focused on engagement and efficacy
• Collaborate across departments and with external partners to drive research initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitatively-focused social science discipline; PhD candidates are also considered
• 5+ years of experience in applied education research, particularly in K-12 education
• Experience in designing and executing quantitative research studies
• Strong technical skills in data analysis, including proficiency in R/Python and SQL
• Demonstrated ability to engage in various study designs, including causal and correlational analyses
