Senior Research Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Research Analyst to generate actionable insights and translate data into research for healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify impactful focus study topics and conduct literature reviews to support study development
• Partner with data teams to design, interpret, and present statistical analyses, ensuring data integrity
• Design and execute program evaluations to assess effectiveness and communicate opportunities for quality improvement

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, Health Services Research, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred)
• Minimum of three years of experience in applied health research, preferably in a federal program or healthcare quality setting
• Strong working knowledge of healthcare systems and CMS policy frameworks
• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and CMS quality programs is preferred
• Willingness to adapt to evolving research priorities and availability for occasional travel
