Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Research Analyst to support new pilots and scaled innovations through data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and clarify questions for data analysis and experiments with cross-functional teams
• Design and execute statistical analyses, integrating and evaluating diverse data sources
• Translate analysis results into actionable insights and communicate findings effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience; an advanced degree may substitute for some experience
• Experience with SQL for data manipulation and R or Python for statistical programming
• Experience with healthcare data sources and complex enterprise data warehouses
• Strong quantitative analysis abilities and experience with causal inference methods
• Ability to manage research projects through their entire life cycle
