Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the end-to-end product owner for large-scale research projects involving surveys
• Craft surveys to address client research hypotheses and distill results into actionable insights
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research while supervising a team of junior analysts

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics or a related field with coursework in econometrics and statistics
• At least three years of experience in designing and executing quantitative research
• Expert understanding of descriptive statistics and basic regression analysis
• Proficiency in statistical software such as STATA, Python, or R
• Experience with data visualization tools and survey research platforms is a plus
