A company is looking for a Senior Research Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, manage, analyze, and deliver research insights, including visualization of findings
• Partner with Sales to enhance client acquisition and retention, acting as the primary research partner
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent project delivery and customer service

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of 2 years of market research experience in a client-facing role
• Experience in quantitative research and data analysis
• Advanced analysis and report writing skills focused on actionable insights
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with SPSS is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining client service orientation
