Senior Research Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Research & Evaluation Analyst - Mixed Methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze behavioral health data and present findings
• Extract, clean, and analyze data to evaluate the Health Resources and Services Administration's Rural Communities Opioid Response Program
• Oversee and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on analytical approaches and quality review of work products

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree with at least 5 years of experience, or PhD with at least 2 years of experience in a relevant field
• Proficiency in statistical and qualitative analysis software, as well as data visualization tools
• Experience in conducting research and data analysis using mixed methods
• Experience with advanced analytical techniques and managing or mentoring junior analysts
• Experience analyzing behavioral health and opioid-related datasets
