Senior Research Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Research Associate to plan, coordinate, perform, and supervise medical or scientific research assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Organizes laboratory work and assigns tasks to subordinates while ensuring professional quality
• Compiles, evaluates, and analyzes research data to develop new techniques and procedures
• Instructs and mentors students and laboratory personnel on research techniques and procedures

Required Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field with no experience, or a Master's Degree with major coursework in the field and 5 years of laboratory experience, including 2 years at the Research Associate level, or
• Bachelor's Degree with major coursework in the field and 6 years of laboratory experience, including 2 years at the Research Associate level
