Senior Research Associate

Job Summary

Hands-on and detail-driven, the full-time Senior Research Associate will synthesize complex healthcare research data into compelling narratives, design and execute research studies, and present actionable insights to clients in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Synthesize research data into clear narratives for pharmaceutical and medtech clients
• Design and execute quantitative and qualitative healthcare research studies, including survey programming and data analysis
• Deliver findings to clients, translating data into meaningful business implications and strategic recommendations

Required qualifications

• Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in research interview moderation
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, including proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SPSS, R, Python)
• Healthcare experience, education, or research background
• Experience presenting research findings directly to stakeholders or research sponsors
• Advanced degree preferred (PhD, MPH, MS), or a bachelor's degree with strong relevant experience
