Senior Research Associate

Job Summary

Supporting behavioral health initiatives, the full-time Senior Research Associate will conduct literature reviews, synthesize research findings, and develop evidence-based resources for healthcare professionals and the public, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct environmental scans and literature reviews to identify trends and gaps in substance use treatment and recovery services
• Develop and revise knowledge products such as fact sheets, adaptation guides, and evidence-to-practice summaries for diverse audiences
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities and prepare reports summarizing project activities and findings

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of five years of experience in behavioral health or public health research and evaluation
• Demonstrated expertise in literature reviews and evidence synthesis
• Knowledge of alcohol use disorder and substance use disorder treatment
• Experience with implementation science and stakeholder engagement preferred
