Senior Research Associate

Job Summary

Collaborating with a Research Director and analysts, the full-time Senior Research Associate will manage survey research projects remotely, focusing on designing, programming, and analyzing surveys to provide actionable insights for clients' market research needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and program surveys with high accuracy, adapting templates and ensuring effective organization
• Analyze survey results, performing data quality checks and crafting compelling narratives to support client decision-making
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently, demonstrating independence and proactive communication within the team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, Political Science, Sociology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline
• Experience with survey software platforms, such as Qualtrics, and knowledge of survey research methodologies
• Professional or academic experience in conducting research or survey design and analysis
• High comfort level with Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments
