A company is looking for a (Senior) Research Consultant to empower clients through expert guidance and support in managing research projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research projects from concept to recommendations
• Guide clients through complex research needs and survey design
• Train new customers on software and foster long-term client partnerships

Required Qualifications

• Business proficiency in German and English (C1 level or higher)
• Degree in economics, social sciences, or psychology with a focus on market research
• 3+ years of experience in survey-based marketing research (5+ years for senior position)
• Strong knowledge of study and questionnaire design and quantitative methods
• Exceptional project management skills and proactive organization
