A company is looking for a (Senior) Research Consultant to empower clients with research guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research projects from concepts to recommendations
• Guide clients through complex research needs and survey design
• Train new customers on software and foster long-term partnerships

Required Qualifications

• Business proficiency in German and English (C1 level or higher)
• Degree in economics, social sciences, or psychology focusing on market research
• 3+ years of experience in survey-based marketing research (5+ for senior role)
• Strong knowledge of study and questionnaire design and quantitative methods
• Exceptional project management skills and ability to thrive under pressure
