Senior Research Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Research Consultant to lead customized research projects and provide strategic insights to enterprise-level employer partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary research advisor for 5-8 enterprise-level employer partners, designing customized research protocols
• Lead end-to-end research projects, including defining client needs and producing insightful deliverables
• Present research findings to senior stakeholders and build enduring advisory relationships

Required Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in survey research, analytics, or consulting, with client-facing roles
• Proven track record of advising external clients and influencing strategic decisions
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis capabilities with strategic storytelling skills
• Experience managing concurrent projects independently, including scoping and workplanning
• Proven ability to design and execute custom research projects from end to end
