Senior Research Grants Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Research & Grants Manager for a one-year fixed-term remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial aspects of research projects, including cost-sharing commitments and compliance
• Collaborate with the Office of Sponsored Research to ensure proper award setup and oversee expenditures
• Develop project status reports, manage contract closeout processes, and guide staff on complex policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of job-related experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Expert knowledge of governmental regulations and university policies
• Strong accounting skills and knowledge of procurement needs
• Project management expertise, including managing international collaborations
• Certification as an Accountant or Auditor, MBA, or project management certification is desired
