Senior Research Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a high-performing Senior Research Manager, this full-time remote position will manage project execution from design to delivery, including survey programming, data analysis, and client communication, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the translation of research design into execution through survey programming and quality control for various projects
• Act as a client-facing team member, attending meetings and supporting client communications
• Oversee all project phases for selected projects, ensuring timely delivery and managing supplier relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in quantitative market research, with at least 1 year on the supplier side preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and Google Suite products
• Experience with survey programming platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Survey Monkey) and general AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT)
• Ability to work in a focused, professional environment suitable for client video calls
