Key Responsibilities:

• Lead select studies end-to-end, ensuring findings are rigorous, relevant, and actionable
• Manage and develop a small team of researchers, fostering strong performance and collaboration
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring high standards of quality and clarity in research outputs

Required Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in market research or consulting, preferably in HR or talent acquisition
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex research projects simultaneously
• Experience in managing and developing individual contributors
• Strong background in survey design and execution
• Skilled in quantitative data analysis and interpretation, with proficiency in analytical or visualization platforms
