Senior Research Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Research Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and advance the impact learning agenda for Large Lump Sum (LLS) programs
• Define measurement and analysis best practices for LLS programs and develop new indicators
• Lead strategic impact evaluations and research projects related to LLS programs across multiple countries

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, economics, public policy)
• Experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) practices and research methodologies
• Proven track record of managing research projects and partnerships
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation
• Familiarity with cash transfer programs and their impact on poverty alleviation
