Senior Research Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Research Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the impact learning agenda for Large Lump Sum (LLS) programs and collaborate with various teams to address critical questions
• Define measurement and analysis best practices for LLS programs, developing indicators and ensuring M&E standards are met
• Lead strategic research projects on LLS programs and manage partnerships to enhance understanding of key learning questions

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field such as economics, social sciences, or public policy
• Experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) or research methodologies
• Proven track record in managing research projects and partnerships
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on quantitative data
• Experience in developing and implementing measurement frameworks
