Senior Research Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Research Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the impact learning agenda for Large Lump Sum (LLS) programs, collaborating with various teams to identify and address key impact questions
• Define measurement and analysis best practices for LLS programs, ensuring the development of standardized indicators and training materials
• Lead strategic research projects on LLS programs, managing partnerships and ensuring alignment with organizational learning priorities

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field such as social sciences, economics, or public policy
• Extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) within development or humanitarian contexts
• Proven track record of managing research projects and partnerships
• Strong analytical skills with experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods
• Familiarity with cash transfer programs and their impact evaluations
