Senior Research Manager

Job Summary

To support programmatic and policy priorities, the full-time Senior Research Manager will develop, manage, and conduct research projects focused on the impact of legislative changes in nutrition programs, while fostering relationships with external researchers and creating resources for stakeholders, with the option for remote work for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and administer surveys to gather and synthesize learnings on program strategies
• Create research summaries and resources for stakeholders, translating complex issues for non-research audiences
• Manage third-party research initiatives and disseminate findings to inform strategy and demonstrate impact

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, or a related field, with a focus on social science research preferred
• 5-8 years of related work experience in applied research and evaluation design
• Experience with mixed methods research, including qualitative and quantitative data analysis
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendors or consultants effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with analytical platforms such as SPSS Statistics or Excel
