Job Summary
To lead the development of innovative AI solutions for immersive gaming experiences, the full-time Senior Research Manager will manage cross-functional projects, align team goals, and foster external partnerships while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Drive major initiatives within the AI R&D Team in collaboration with the AI Director
- Project manage AI initiatives, balancing resource, scope, and time constraints while identifying risks and improving production processes
- Form and nurture high-performing teams, advocating for improvements and responding to internal feedback
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of software project management experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Experience in the full cycle of an AI product, AI research, or game development
- Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
- Proficiency with industry project management tools (e.g., Hansoft, Jira, Confluence)
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to model and analyze data
