A company is looking for a Senior Research Methodologist, on-call remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop rigorous study designs and implementation plans for research and evaluation projects
• Advise on design and analysis plans; interpret findings and communicate results to diverse audiences
• Mentor staff and collaborate with team members on proposals and project delivery

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate in Education, Sociology, Psychology, Public Policy, or related field
• 10+ years of applied study design and analysis experience
• Proficiency in software such as R, Python, SPSS, SAS, or Stata
• Expertise in complex research and evaluation designs
• Experience in state or federal consulting environments
