Senior Research Operations Data Manager

Job Summary

Collaborating with operational and research leadership, the full-time Senior Research Operations Data Manager will develop high-quality operational and research data sets and reports remotely, supporting the data needs of various teams across Research & Sponsored Programs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with operational leadership to understand data requirements and develop solutions that support business, operational, and research objectives
• Translate data requirements into SQL queries and present data in formats that support effective analysis and decision-making by leadership and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure data reliability, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience planning and implementing solutions in healthcare, technology, financial systems, or clinical systems environments
• Proficiency in SQL programming and working with administrative datasets for research and reporting purposes
• Experience with operational systems and data sources, including InfoEd, Infor, Velos, and Monday.com
• Ability to manage and complete IT projects successfully within a dynamic, highly integrated organization
