Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Research Operations Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current recruiting workflows for monetization and ads research to identify strengths and weaknesses
• Engage with cross-functional partners to gather input and align on priorities for participant access and compliance
• Develop and present a detailed program plan with recommendations for improving monetization research and recruiting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Research Operations focused on monetization and ads
• 5+ years of experience in planning and leading cross-functional process improvement projects
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end research recruitment lifecycle
• Proficiency in project management tools and workflow analysis
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
