Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Research Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify analysis priorities and clarify strategic questions for data analysis
• Design and execute descriptive, predictive, and causal inference analyses for large-scale projects
• Translate analysis results into strategic recommendations and communicate insights effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience; advanced degree may substitute for some experience
• Experience with SQL for data manipulation and R or Python for statistical programming
• Masters or PhD in health services research, mathematics/statistics, epidemiology, biostatistics, or related field
• Demonstrated ability to conduct nuanced analyses and communicate findings through data visualizations and reports
• Experience with causal inference methods and managing research projects through their entire life cycle
