Senior Research Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior/Staff Research Scientist, Frontier Benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design state-of-the-art datasets for frontier model training and evaluation
• Translate benchmark insights into compelling narratives for customer-facing presentations and reports
• Collaborate cross-functionally to inform the company roadmap with research findings

Required Qualifications

• Strong research background in AI/ML evaluation, NLP, or related fields
• Experience with rigorous experimental design related to training and evaluation data
• Ph.D. in machine learning, NLP, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Genuine interest in go-to-market strategy and the commercial side of AI data services
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment
