Job Summary

Focused on building continuously evolving models, the full-time remote Senior Research Scientist will innovate in real-time learning and interface design while collaborating across software, hardware, and algorithmic domains to enhance system efficiency.

Required qualifications

• PhD or equivalent research experience in a computer science field
• 4-5+ years of industry experience
• Publishing record at ICML, NeurIPS, ACL, ICLR, or EMNLP
• Deep expertise in model efficiency, real-time alignment, or algorithmic optimization
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow)
