Senior Research Scientist

Job Summary

Driving the algorithmic design and strategic direction of advanced monetization models, the full-time Senior Research Scientist will lead research efforts in ranking, personalization, and revenue optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the research and design of machine learning models for ranking, recommendation systems, ads targeting, and revenue forecasting
• Design, train, and evaluate state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning models, ensuring experimental integrity and scientific rigor
• Collaborate with engineering teams to transition models from prototype to production, balancing theoretical complexity with operational constraints

Required qualifications

• PhD (preferred) or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
• 8+ years of industry experience (or 5+ years with a PhD) in machine learning or deep learning, with a focus on monetization systems
• Strong expertise in deep learning architectures, particularly transformer-based models, and experience with model validation
• Proficiency in Python and core modeling frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex scientific concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
