Senior Research Scientist

Job Summary

Connecting rigorous science with real-world impact, the full-time Senior Research Scientist will lead insight strategy, own the path from science to practice, and collaborate with major client organizations remotely to enhance decision-making in compensation practices.

Key responsibilities

• Build frameworks that transform complex data and psychological science into actionable insights for products and partners
• Design data architecture and measurement models, carrying research findings through to product implementation
• Consult with partners to apply behavioral science in improving decision-making and performance outcomes

Required qualifications

• PhD or equivalent experience in industrial-organizational psychology, behavioral science, labor economics, or a related field
• Proven track record of applied research that has influenced product or business outcomes
• Strong measurement and quantitative skills, including survey design and causal methods
• Ability to consult with senior stakeholders and effectively communicate complex research findings
• Demonstrated ownership in tackling ambiguous, integrative problems to drive impact
