Job Summary

Seeking a remote Senior Research Scientist specializing in evidence synthesis, this full-time position will manage systematic literature reviews and indirect treatment comparisons while collaborating across various projects and mentoring junior researchers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop client-ready deliverables, including protocols and technical reports, while overseeing project components
• Lead client communications and manage day-to-day interactions to ensure project alignment and quality outputs
• Provide mentorship and create development plans for junior team members, contributing to team growth and business development efforts

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in health services research or related field (e.g., health economics, epidemiology)
• 4-6 years of professional experience in evidence synthesis or health technology assessment
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and health technology assessment requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EndNote; knowledge of R/R Shiny is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts effectively in written and oral formats
