Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Research Scientist to conduct and manage research projects, analyze data, and collaborate with research universities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and manage research to support learning efficacy and product improvement
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform product development and improvement
• Establish and manage collaborations with research universities to strengthen research community and alignment with academic standards

Required Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in education psychology, cognitive science, learning analytics, or a related field
• 5+ years of industry experience; education company experience preferred
• Deep understanding of research designs and statistical analysis techniques
• Proficiency in R, Python, SPSS, SAS, SQL, and data visualization tools
• Knowledge of cognitive psychology and educational psychology
