Job Summary

To drive the advancement of AI-powered insights in workforce intelligence, the full-time Senior Research Scientist, AI will manage the development of a machine learning job analysis system, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure scientific rigor in assessment tools while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the continued development and expansion of the Jobs Engine, ensuring scientific defensibility and scalability of job analysis outputs
• Act as an expert on AI implementation, advising teams on best practices and translating scientific requirements into practical applications
• Drive scientific rigor by applying I-O psychology principles to ensure compliance with professional and legal standards in AI products

Required qualifications

• Graduate degree in I-O Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or a closely related field; doctoral degree preferred
• Demonstrated ML engineering experience with production-grade systems
• Experience applying modern NLP methods to behavioral or labor market data
• Minimum 3 years of applied industry experience; 5+ years preferred
• Familiarity with occupational taxonomies and cognitive ability frameworks is a significant plus
