Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Research Scientist, Digital Biology.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical lead for developing datasets, tasks, and evaluation frameworks for foundation models
• Build collaborations to create high-quality datasets and biologically meaningful tasks in digital biology
• Invent novel training techniques and publish original research while mentoring emerging researchers

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Computational Chemistry, Computational Biology, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics
• More than 5 years of relevant experience in digital biology and drug discovery
• Proven track record of publishing in machine learning, data science, or digital biology
• Proficient in modern machine learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
• Experience in cheminformatics, computational biology, proteomics, or structural biology
