Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Research Scientist - NLP.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the research and development of deep learning models for large-scale email and communication data
• Fine-tune and adapt open-source foundation models using parameter-efficient techniques
• Design and implement knowledge distillation to create smaller, high-performance models

Required Qualifications

• PhD (preferred) or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, NLP, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in applied machine learning and deep learning, particularly in NLP and generative models
• Experience fine-tuning LLMs using parameter-efficient methods
• Deep understanding of transformer architectures and generative transformer techniques
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
