Key Responsibilities

• Designing instrumentation and theoretical models for data gathering and analysis
• Conducting qualitative research and overseeing data collection processes
• Co-developing a coaching framework and establishing partnerships in local schools

Required Qualifications

• Master's or terminal degree
• Five years of specialized experience in research
• Experience in mathematics education and special education
• Strong relationships with Virginia public school systems
• Preferred: Doctoral degree in a relevant field
