Key Responsibilities

• Scope, design, and lead customer-facing co-creation workshops to enhance AI-driven business transformations
• Manage executive-level stakeholders and communicate complex concepts effectively
• Develop a foundational research strategy and collaborate with stakeholders to identify key customer experience moments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in relevant fields with specified years of User Experience Research experience
• 4+ years of experience in designing and facilitating co-creation and design thinking workshops
• 4+ years working with digital solutions and conducting 1:1 research interviews
• 2+ years of relevant domain experience in the technology sector and enterprise customers
