Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define project scope and recommend methodological approaches for research requests
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of data to synthesize trends and produce executive-ready research deliverables
• Develop a deep understanding of past research to provide insights and coach team members on research methodologies

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in applied mixed-methods research
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Interest in people management and mentoring
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation
• Experience interpreting survey data and understanding survey methodology
