Senior Research Technologist

Job Summary

To support the Emerging Opportunities team, the full-time remote Senior Research Technologist will build and enhance infrastructure for testing AI-powered experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create scalable pre-production testing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Build, improve, and scale testing infrastructure for AI experiences before product launch
• Prototype and iterate on testing processes based on real user feedback
• Define standards for pre-production testing and develop repeatable systems across teams

Required qualifications

• Technical fluency to engage effectively with engineering teams
• Strong research judgment to ensure credibility and usefulness of user testing
• Experience in building scalable workflows or systems from ambiguous processes
• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and disciplines
• Comfort with ambiguity and defining paths forward in evolving situations
