Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Executive Recruiters to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies for executive-level talent
• Conduct talent and market mapping research to provide insights on industry trends and emerging leadership talent
• Manage CRM systems and deliver data-driven insights to improve executive talent acquisition processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of executive-level research/sourcing and competitive research experience
• Expertise in developing and analyzing market intelligence research and talent mapping reports
• Experience in search agency or internal executive talent acquisition
• Strong client relationship management skills at the executive level
