Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end research for significant product areas, structuring ambiguous questions into clear learning plans
• Build scalable, AI-native research practices and share practical workflows with teammates
• Deliver high-signal qualitative research and synthesize evidence into decision-ready narratives

Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree or relevant experience
• 5+ years in user/product/UX research or closely related fields
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead mixed-methods research
• Strong qualitative portfolio with at least 2 case studies
• Quantitative grounding in survey design and analysis, with comfort in product/business metrics
