Senior Researcher

Job Summary

To advance applied research that expands economic opportunity, the part-time Senior Researcher will lead and manage rigorous research and evaluation projects, overseeing operations, study design, data collection, and analysis, while working remotely within the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project operations in various leadership roles such as principal investigator or project director
• Design studies and lead collaborative project teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
• Conduct data collection and analysis, and communicate research findings effectively to clients and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• PhD in a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience
• Firm understanding of implementation science and experience in contract research or evaluation organizations
• Proficiency in data collection methodologies and analysis using software such as STATA, R, or NViVO
• Experience managing project teams and building client relationships
• Demonstrated ability in grant and proposal writing
