Senior Researcher

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Researcher will plan and execute end-to-end research studies for client engagements, utilizing mixed methods to inform product decisions and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run research studies from design through readout, employing mixed methods such as interviews and market analysis
• Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for product teams and present readouts to client stakeholders
• Contribute to service design artifacts and participate in discovery workshops, facilitating sessions as needed

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in user research, design research, or a closely related field
• Hands-on expertise in qualitative methods and familiarity with quantitative approaches like survey design
• Demonstrated impact of research on design or product outcomes through case examples
• Experience working within cross-functional product teams alongside designers and engineers
• Familiarity with service design artifacts such as journey maps and blueprints
