Senior Researcher, Health Policy
Job Summary
Leading complex quantitative research and evaluation projects, the full-time Senior Researcher, Health Policy will work remotely to design and implement rigorous evaluations, manage multidisciplinary teams, and translate findings into actionable insights for health policy and federal health programs.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and advise on quantitative research and evaluation activities for federal clients
- Design and implement rigorous research approaches to address health policy questions
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to communicate project progress and findings
Required qualifications
- Ph.D. or master's degree with equivalent experience in a relevant field
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in research, evaluation, or health policy
- Strong expertise in quantitative research and program evaluation
- Experience with large administrative data and knowledge of CMS programs
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects
