Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Researcher, Human and Community Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project operations and lead collaborative project teams
• Design and implement research studies addressing key questions in applied research contexts
• Oversee data collection and analysis efforts, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• PhD in a related subject area with 3+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience
• Firm understanding of implementation science
• Experience with data collection methodologies and analysis activities
• Experience managing project and/or task teams on research and evaluation projects
• Experience with business pursuit, including grant and proposal writing
