Job Summary

Leading research and evaluation efforts in community safety, the full-time Senior Researcher in Community Safety will manage complex projects, engage with stakeholders, and contribute to business development while working remotely within the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Manage large-scale research and evaluation projects focused on community safety and violence prevention
• Lead business development efforts, including proposal writing and partnership cultivation
• Mentor staff and provide technical expertise in research design and methodology

Required qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field with 3+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 7+ years of experience
• Deep knowledge of community safety, violence prevention, and prevention science
• Experience with diverse data collection methodologies and analytic software
• Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and client relationships effectively
• Experience in business development, including grant and proposal writing
